Shipping

UK delivery is £6 flat. Orders over £45 ship free.

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders after 2pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, go out the next working day. Most deliveries arrive within 2–3 working days of dispatch.

You will get a confirmation email when your order is placed and another when it ships. We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

Both emails include a link to your order status page, where you can follow the parcel from dispatch to delivery — no account needed. If you checked out as a guest and cannot find the email, check your spam folder, or send your order number to hello@northwestwellness.co.uk and we will resend it.

Returns

If something is wrong, we will put it right. You have 30 days from delivery to return unopened products in their original packaging for a full refund.

Opened supplements cannot be restocked, so we cannot accept them back unless the product is faulty or arrived damaged — in which case contact us and we will replace or refund it, including postage.

To start a return, email hello@northwestwellness.co.uk with your order number. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 working days of the return arriving back with us.
