What's your shipping cutoff?
Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched same day, Monday to Friday. UK delivery via tracked courier.
How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
UK delivery is £6 flat, free on orders over £45. Most orders arrive within 2–3 working days of dispatch, tracked. Full detail on shipping & returns.
How do I track my order?
Your dispatch email includes a link to your live order status page — no account needed. If you have an account, your orders are listed under your account as well.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Not in v1. We're focused on the UK long walk for now.
What's your returns policy?
30 days, no questions, on unopened items. We'll cover the return shipping if it's our error.
Why don't you stock everything?
Because most of it isn't worth stocking. Read our standards for the full filter.
Can I subscribe?
Yes, on house range products. 15% off each delivery, pause or cancel any time.
